Hydraulic Supplies

Hydraulics have become the backbone of most automotive and industrial operations. This form of pressurized energy transfer gives incredible power to processes that couldn't achieve the same amount of force manually. Naturally, hydraulics systems can be complex as their purpose gets larger. At CTIS, no hydraulic system is too big for us to manage. We have access to every component that could possibly be used in a hydraulic system's design, and our network gives our customers access to unbeatable prices on all of it.

Hydraulic Machines

We can locate and facilitate the purchase of full hydraulic machines for our customers, and because of the number of suppliers we have access to, competitive pricing leads to very cost effective options. These machines come in all sorts of sizes, and vary from industry to industry. CTIS is proud to be able to support the components for any components and maintenance parts necessary for these machines, such as:

  • Lifts

  • Cranes

  • Press Machines

  • Dump Vehicles

  • Bulldozers

  • Drills

  • Torque Wrenches

  • Cutters

  • Crimpers

Hydraulic Maintenance

Maintaining a hydraulic system is absolutely crucial to the performance of the machine itself, and output depends heavily upon this process. We prioritize quality tooling in addressing this need, and have built a large selection of reliable brands to work with in providing these tools to our customers.

Hydraulic Pumps

One of the most important pieces of any hydraulic system, the pump serves as the main vehicle applying pressure to the cylinders via fluid transfer to exert the force that makes hydraulic technology advantageous. Like any part, these need replacing from time to time, and we are the perfect partner to navigate that process with you.

Actuators & Cylinders

The part of the system actually applying the force, actuators are able to apply a quick and accurate response to the job at hand. These usually come in the form of a piston design. We can get either off-the-shelf replacements, or custom designed actuators and cylinders.

Fluid Reservoirs

The fluid reservoir holds excess hydraulic fluid to account for the volume changes created from cylinder extension & construction, temperature-driven fluctuation, and leaks. It also helps in separating air from fluid within the system itself. We can obtain these in any shape and size necessary to keep a hydraulic system performing at full capacity.

Accumulators

Commonly used in power steering and brakes, hydraulic accumulators simply store energy using pressurized gas, commonly using a tube with a floating piston. Pressurized gas is held on one side of the piston, with the hydraulic fluid held on the other.

Hydraulic Fluid

This is the backbone of any hydraulic system. Hydraulic fluid, with is usually petroleum oil with various additives, serves as the primary vehicle for energy transfer, as well as lubricates the components of the system. Depending on your application, hydraulic fluid may need to be fire-resistant, and be able to operate at extremely high temperatures.

Control Valves

In your hydraulic system, control valves serve the crucial purpose of traffic control. They direct fluid transfer for proper operation of the system, each built with specific tolerances for the system. These can come in the form of any of the following:

  • Directional Control Valves

  • Pressure Relief Valves

  • Pressure Regulators

  • Sequence Valves

  • Shuttle Valves

  • Auxiliary Valves

  • Check Valves

  • Pilot Controlled Check Valves

  • Hydraulic Fuses

  • Cartridge Valves

  • Counterbalance Valves

Filters

As the fluid holds such a huge responsibility within a hydraulic system, fluid quality should be a major priority. Various filters within any hydraulic system serves this purpose, removing unwanted particles like dirt and metal shavings from the machine's operation. This maintains a high level of purity in the fluid, optimizing energy transfer performance. These filters can be positioned ad various places throughout a hydraulic system depending on its size and complexity.

Tubes, Hoses, Seals, & More

Other components of a hydraulic system, all of which are subjected to similar wear and tear, can fail and require replacement from time to time. We can provide any and all of these components to our customers:

  • Hydraulic Tubes

  • Hydraulic Pipe

  • Custom Hydraulic Hoses

  • Hydraulic Fittings

  • Pipe Fittings

  • O-Ring Boss Fittings

  • Face & Beam Seals

  • Flare Fittings
